Website privacy policy

This is a translation of the French original. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This policy concerns the website fabulette.net. Each application published by Fabulette has its own, separate privacy policy: for Notenda, see the Notenda privacy policy.

What this site collects

The site is made of static pages. It has no form, no account and no comments.

• No cookie is placed on your device, at any point.
• No third-party resource is loaded. Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside service that would see your IP address.
• No local storage in your browser.
• Analytics, with Matomo, self-hosted by us at stats.fabulette.net. It is configured without cookies and without identifiers: your IP address is anonymised before any record is stored, and no device fingerprinting is used to recognise you across visits. This configuration falls under the CNIL’s consent exemption — hence the absence of a consent banner.

Server logs

Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps technical logs. These logs record your IP address, the type and version of your browser, the pages consulted and the timestamp of requests.

This data serves solely to operate and secure the service — diagnosing a failure, identifying an attack. It is neither used for commercial purposes, nor sold, nor exchanged.

The host of the site is named in the legal notices.

Links to the outside

The site links to Apple’s App Store and to Google Play for downloading the applications. By following those links you leave fabulette.net and enter third-party sites, which apply their own privacy rules and set their own trackers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of data concerning you. Given the above, these rights in practice only cover the server logs — and exercising them requires you to tell us the IP address you browsed from, the only thing that can identify you.
